Refurbishment of Grade II listed stately home, the conversion of stables into a pool and spa treatment centre with golf club house and new 200 bed hotel. Role: Pre-construction Project Manager for the Refurbishment of the Mansion House, conversion of the Stables and Ballroom extension. Employer/Client: Mace/Ralph Trustees - 2001Safeway Superstore, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. One store of many under the £500m, 5 year Safeway refurbishment programme, halted by Morrisons purchase of the group, this store being sold to Waitrose. Role: Identify £25k of project savings as part of an initial feasibility study to establish the viability of outsourcing project management of contract. Employer/Client: Mace/Safeway Super Store - 2001-2002Tishman Speyer – Tower Place, London. New build twin 6 storey glass fronted Norman Foster designed offices, with full height internal atrium lobbies and external glazed courtyard next to the Tower of London. Role: Project Manager – for the Atrium Lobbies to cover the convergence of the Cat A & Cat B contracts. Employer/Client: Mace/Tishman Speyer - 2001-2002
