Henry Lamb is a highly skilled project and programme manager with substantial experience of managing projects within the built environment; from ‘sensitive’ security related projects for the Metropolitan Police Service to roll out programmes for national and international retailers and from London-wide relocations for international banks to development and mission critical maintenance projects for broadcasters; in all cases, managing the process from cradle to grave. Henry is an experienced construction professional with a positive and team oriented approach to project management, developed over 30 years on the ‘front line’ of the Construction Industry. He is also well versed in delivering individual projects with multiple stakeholders. Specifically, Henry has worked for both private and public sector clients, ranging from Borough Councils to Banking institutions. Henry has been actively involved in the Chartered Institute of Building since 1992 and until last year was Chairman of the Institute’s Professional Conduct Investigation Panel and is currently a serving Trustee; he has served in the Territorial Army and the Special Constabulary and is a Court Assistant to the Worshipful Company of Constructors in the City of London.
